Title: (un)Pinning both ends of a line

Pinning the end of a line is useful.  However, once you've set up a line, you need two operations to pin both ends.

Could we have two additional menu items on the "pin connectionpoint" submenu please?

"Pin both start and end points", "Unpin both start and end points" to do both at once?

Just thought I'd let you know that I have added these two extra options.  Please find that they are present in 752.

This change will be released in our next major build - 760 - affectionately known here as EA 5.0 :)
