Title: Chat for the people

Hi, i think if SparxSystems enable a chat for the people, the possibilities to increment the support (big problem in some countries) are very high!!!

Would surely be nice, but is obviously difficult with Bruno in Canada, Bruce in Australia and me in Europe 8)

yeah... but please think this:

A chat for the persons like me... and like the thousand of users the EA... A chat with automatic communication  with email for people like you an another's guru's... A chat with automatic control of word (for bad people)... a chat with control of the text (if the text don't have the same context of the discussion... the person is advice and if repeat, the person are retire).... a chat inf difference languages  ;D ... a chat with possibilities to share documentation...

Hi Carlos,

some of the people on the forum do make their e-mail public (just look in the users' profile) so you can e-mail them for help.
The Sparx staff do monitor the forum to some extent and on occasion move the posting to the appropriate section, had it been posted to where it does not belong (granted, this does not happen too frequently).
Sharing the documentation is possible on a by-product of this forum - have a look at www.eausergroup.org.
