Title: Minor Bug : When create new Element

When I create new element, especially my case is new Class. After click Apply and change to tab Detail, the element properties form disapprear instead of keep it in screen.
It cause inconvenience when create alot of class.

You can dock the properties window (View/Properties) by dragging it around. Just move it over the window and watch the shape.
