Anyone succeeded in reverse engineering a sybase (ASE 12.51 in my case) database ?
My odbc connexion is OK, I can see the table names of my database but when I select the tables I want to import, I get an error message from :
[DataDirect][ODBC Sybase Wire Protocol Driver] Number of bound columns exceeds the number of result columns.
It always fails whatever the table I select, even the simpliest one whith two columns.
I'm using EA 5.0.767
Thanks for your help.

EA is not yet able to import from ASE 12.5, but it is in the pipeline. As yet we do not have a delivery date.

Is the any update of the status of sybase support? It would be very helpful for me too.
Thanks.

Hello guys,
we are trying to make a workaround for importing DDL schema from Sybase ASE 12.5 with ODBC.
Actually we converted the DB structure with Oracle Micration Workbench.
We have a similar structure (Except for stored procedure) in Oracle with some naming diffrences.
We'll try to import the DB structrue and objects from migrated Oracle.
Then we'll modify the model by hand to comply the Sybase ASE model
I'll keep you informed ... if anyone is interested in this task pls come back to me by email.
Regards
Luca
