Hello :P I would like to see the ability to add attachments to support requests on the registered users support web page. I usually take screen prints that could be very useful for troubleshooting the problem(s) that I am reporting, but am unable to attach them :(

Try using the bug report page (http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/registered/reg_bug_report.html). That does allow you to upload a file and lands in the same mailbox.

Who, me? No, I know nothing about this new-fangled interweb thingy. I've mentioned it to one of the youngsters here who does though. :)
