Title: Extended tooltip

When you hover the mouse over the graphical element, it displays some information about it in a tooltip.  For shapes, this includes the first n characters of the Notes field.

Would it be possible to use a key modifier (Shift/Alt/Ctrl)to get EA to display the full Notes field?

And while we're at it, would it be possible to enlarge the current tip window to show a few lines of text. At present it cuts off without providing much information.
