Title: Copying many elements

 If you will try to copy many classes to another package diagram and paste as new objects, you'll be asked for each copied class name. Would be nice to see the prompt with the checkbox option - use original names or smth like this.

Should links to be copied too? now they don't

Perhaps copying links should be an option. That way users can decide if they want only the element structure, or also (a copy of) the logical relationships between the copied elements.

I assume that links to elememts outside of the set being copied would not be copied.

I'd suggest to use a transformation for that (that's what I do). In that way you can have transforms with and without link being copied.
