Friends, i´m interested to implement the EA on my company, but the policies of security here needs to EA improves something of Audit all the elements like "who alter what, when ?". there´s something about this on EA ? Thanks.

Not really. But if your company is that restricted, they will likely use a database. You can implement triggers which can perform logging.
Okay - I do not see much point in "user x moved connector y to position z". So my 2nd advice would be: use a versioning system. Thus you can have checks on changes made by users. Probably that will make more sense?

At present, the options that will best suit your needs are Baselines and Version Control. The following links are to the online version of the help file to get you started.
Baselines

Version Control

Complete audit trails are currently being integrated into Enterprise Architect and should be released with version 7.0 later in the year.
