Title: Users that create and change diagrams/elements

Hi,

We need that EA register the create and change user by each element/diagram. EA only has the create and change date. The author is changeable, so it's not usefull in this case.
Using the version control, this information is by package.

This is needed for auditability and tracing purposes.

Yes, "Element Changed by" would be nice. We cannot reach repositories at our customers but via EA.
