Title: Request: "All users" option on MDG insta

[Note that this request relates to a thread in the Automation section; I was not the originator of that thread, but the idea seems sound.]

It would be nice to have the choice to install an MDG add-in for all users (accounts) of a particular machine, versus only for the current login name.

As a partial solution, consider using the same setting (all versus current) that EA is enabled for.

[This is meant to apply to the Sparx add-ins. Those of us who write our own add-ins will need to handle this on a case-by-case basis.]

What say, voters?
