Title: IDEA: Instrumenting the Engineering Process

When forward and/or reverse engineering, it would be very useful to have EA tell you whether the file or the model was modified/created.

This would be so on an individual basis and on a batch basis:

35 files process, 12 were modifed, 2 were created

That kind of thing...

An optional Log wouldn't hurt either...
