Title: Full Manual

Not sure if this is already available - I'm fairly new to EA. Documentation that is available is great but I'd love to have a printed (.pdf) manual that covers the most importat aspectz of the product and has a tutorial that one can follow in a linear manner. any clues? Thanks.

There is a PDF version of our user guide, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.  It isn't structured as a linear tutorial, and at 1435 pages for the latest version it's a big document.

You could try seeing if one of the trainers for EA provide something like that with a training session.
