Title: BPMN Simulation & XPDL

I would like to see model simulation for BPMN models and the generation of XPDL (based on the WFMC XPDL specification) from the model

I second this suggestion, but would also add support for the BPDM spec.  Not sure where it is at in the approval process, but it was 99% of the way there with OMG earlier this year.

Yes, both good ideas. BPDM seems to have disappeared into the woodwork somewhere, but hopefully will arrive sometime in the not too distant future.
