Title: Wrap of concatenated mixed case
Post by: Paolo F Cantoni on August 22, 2007, 10:58:19 pm
When you resize labels and such like, EA wraps after a fashion.  However, when you get long names composed of concatenated mixed case terms.  It would be neat if EA wrapped on the point between two such terms.

Thus SoftwareRequirementsTestSpecification might wrap at:
SoftwareRequirements
TestSpecification

Spell checking the individual terms would also be neat...

Thoughts? Votes?

Hmm, mixed feelings.

SoftwareRequireme
ntsTestSpecificat
ion

indicates to me that the line is broken/wrapped,

SoftwareRequirements-
TestSpecification

also indicates wrapping but is harder to detect,

maybe
SoftwareRequirements...
TestSpecification

Details! Details!  :P  ;D

But you're right!  There needs to be some indication of the split/wrap.

My preference is:
SoftwareRequirements¤
TestSpecification

It's not from Mars - it's the non-specific currency sign.  So it's from Finance  ;D

No, it's definitely one of Mr David Bowie's (or should I say Mr. Z. Stardust) former band members ...
