Hello,
rich text is nice with notes; however text is not rendered as such in the diagrams. One need to to open the notes to be able to see the format. It's a bit disapointing !

Thanks for the rich notes. The rest is also about UML and I would prefer UML compliancy to everything bold.

Unless you're using the WINE build, rich text in text and notes elements do display on the diagram. For classes etc. with notes compartments being displayed you need to enable display of formatting through set feature visibility.
Unfortunately for those users using the WINE build, WINE currently doesn't support the the method we are rendering rich text to the diagram with.

Ok. I tried again and you are right ! It does work. I could not see it before because I tried using a bold font on a single word inside a note, but I was watching the diagram with an inappropriate zoom factor. Sorry for the mistake.

It happens. Nothing to worry about.
PS: Simon, thanks for the WINE note.

If you don't have the WINE problem (such as you are under Windows), but still can't see the formatted Notes, see my posting: Re: Can't render formatted notes (http://www.sparxsystems.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=general;action=display;num=1201684305;start=15#18)
About what needs to be set up...

And to be consitent: The glossary definitely needs rich text too!
