I purchased a couple of MDG Technologies including that for Zachman, Eclipse, SysML & DDS. Following the announcement of new versions, there is no indication on how to obtain upgrades within the existing licences purchased. The announcements leads to a page that suggests that a new licence purchase is necessary. I dont think this is correct as I may not have to pay for a minor upgrade (from version 1.0 to 1.1)
Please, kindly align the upgrade of the MDG Technologies to that currently used for the core product.

It does not help either when the published email address to sales returns the error below:

It appears that the address is spelled incorrectly: ...sparxystems instead of sparxsystems.
If you got the address by clicking a mailto link on the Sparx site, please report it to their support address. If it was from your address book I suggest a correction is in order.

PS: Either way, please let us know what they say when you do connect.

The button naming is confusing - we will try to sort that out. Essentially there are two important buttons: Try will download the application; Buy Now will obtain the key. You already have a key, so you just need to hit the Try button to get the new application installer (unlike the EA application, add-ins have the same installer for trial and registered versions).

PS Can you let us know exactly where the misspelt mailto link is, please? We will fix that one too.

Found it - or rather them - Neil.
On both the TOGAF and Zachman product - not the Latest News announcements in the forum, or the pages the announcements point to, but the "Buy Now" pages for each product - the 'broken' address is at the bottom of the page.
