Can I use EA for process cost analyses?

Yes, but you might have to do a little extra work.
See the various examples and papers in the EA documentation and the Sparx Resources page. Look for metrics and project management.

Sorry, but it's not axactly what Ï'm asking. I'd like to know, if is possible to analyse costs, accrueing from different relization of business processes in reality. (cost of recources, fixed costsc, etc). It means if it's possible to allocate diffeerent kindes of cost to model entity and analyse it
Thanks Churchill

Sort of...
If you are looking for a product that puts cost drivers into something like a BPMN model and then runs a simulation to determine actual costs, then EA will not help you. You would need to have a simulation engine for that. Using the EA's ability to add metrics to models and the automation API you could probably do this, but it would involve some work - these engines are not trivial, or there would be more of them out there. You might also find such an add-on commercially, but I don't know of any.
