Title: Diagram - locate in Project Browser
Post by: bnils on August 27, 2008, 08:00:56 pm
Locate in Project Browser is a nice function, but why cant you right click on a diagram background and get the "Locate in ..." option? That would be nice too and consistent.
Thx for a super-tool!
Regards Björn

Do you mean to find the diagram itself in the Project Browser tree?

That would be nice...

Find in project browser is in the diagram menu, and has a keyboard shortcut, but I have seen a request before for it to be in the diagram context menu.

yep <<Midnight>> to find the diagram itself...
Once you have a diagram open, you might want to jump into the browser where the diagram resides, similar as to "Locate in Project Browser" for elements. A diagram is an element itself right?
As Simon M indicates you could always "Find..." the diagram but then you have to enter search criteria... your criteria is the current diagram!
Anyway, mainly due to consistency :).

That's not what I was talking about.

In the Diagram menu select 'Find in Project Browser' it finds the current diagram in the project browser.
