Title: EA lite doesn't show the latest information

If a co-worker of mine, synchronizes everything, the only information he has, is the info from the project.eap file. If I look at my directory structure, there is more. (He has the same info when checked out with subversion.) There are some xml-files, that contain newer info than there is in the project file. So it seems I have to update the project file in subversion or something like that. But why doesn't it work the same as the normal EA? Does anybody has a solution for this?
