I believe there was a thread about this in another forum (but I could get no hits?!), but if I remember right, the problem is that the browser IS being displayed, but it has been squished off to one side.

I just tried this and it in fact does create the problem you describe...

Move your cursor to the far left or right of the window and you should see it change to allow you to change the width of a widow by dragging... that should allow you to see the project browser, or any other "window" that disappears!

I believe your setup options are saved in the registry, so maybe that would be the place to "check" under the hood, but really this question should be answered ASAP by an EA Administer on this forum

Someone has just had a problem like this.

I suggested that they try selecting the View | Visual Style | Animate Autohide Windows option. It didn't work for them, but might for you.

What did work for them was selecting the View | Visual Layouts | Default Layout option.

Bear in mind that if you 'float' a window and use two monitors, the floating window might just get lost in or behind another application on the other screen, either before or as a result of using these menu options. My EA Toolbox cunningly disguised itself as a Help screen shot....

That happened to me today! My properties window this morning when I booted up (after working at home with a different monitor configuration) and was in EA, my property window was no where to be found!

[size=8]Hiding on my laptop monitor behind IE... IMO a bad place to stand, what with all the cripes about IE/size] :)

Thanks for that heads up!
