Title: Create hyperlinks to elements within element notes

I was suggested to put a new feature request in here. The rationale and discussion is going in this topic:

But - please go back to the original post to discuss the outcome we want for this functionality.  There are a number of possible choices for what the hyperlink should/could link to.

Well, we could develop parsers to automate some of this.

Such as search for a term in an Ontology.  If it's there, create a hyperlink to the designated target etc etc...

Yes Please!

And an important note - the link should be based on the GUID of the target element, so if the name of the target changes, the text of the link changes to match automatically.

Just a note that although these are linking to the guid, they will not currently be updated if the name changes.
