Title: Why don't Tagged Value Notes use the Notes Toolbar

Other places where I can enter Notes make the Notes Toolbar available, allowing the use of italics, bold and other formatting.

Shouldn't Tagged Value Notes support the same functionality?

Meta,

The fact that EA has grown "organically" over all these years means that some patches are overgrown while others are a bit sparse. I for one would like to see tagged value notes left as plain text, however, since the Notes field is used for the value of a {memo} field & I sometimes like to store XML there and would prefer that EA not muck with it.
