Title: Nested Ports in SysML 1.3

Hello,

SysML 1.3 defines nested ports. I can't find nested Ports in SysML.

To create a nested Port on EA 10.0 beta:

1. create an InterfaceBlock
2. add Ports to it
3. drag the InterfaceBlock from the Project Browser and drop it to anothe r Block
4. EA shows the Paste Element dialog, select 'Port' for 'Paste as' and 'All' for 'Structual Element'
5. EA creates a nested Port
