Title: Html reports: links to glossary terms

Suggestion:
Hyperlinks in text fields(notes) of elements to glossary terms.
When the text/notes contains a glossary term, then generate a hyperlink to that glossary term.

That is missing in the html reports.....

This has been raised before, but definitely agreed.
