Title: enhance Gantt chart features

The Gantt chart abilities are very minimal.  Need ability to:
- import from an existing MS Gantt chart
- track budgeted vs actual costs
- assign resource and weight factors to a task
- specify working hours
- associate costs to projects and look at budgeted vs actual costs

Hi,

Interesting idea - but based on some work with EA and MS Project in the past I'm not convinced that PM's will run towards EA.  However, I'm sure this will depend on the organisation.
