I know that I can "drop" external graphics into daigrams so they become printable in reports. However, this provides me with two problems. The first is that it would seem to make the EAP file unnecessarily large since these diagrams are not easily rendered in BPMN, UML or SysML. The second is that these diagrams need to be periodically updated by the graphic artist and it will become a more complex process "fixing" the diagrams.
It would be VERY convient if the external files capability allowed the option that makes the file render in a report. This way the report is always current with the current graphic and no extra work.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking for here, but I know that I would really appreciate the ability to include a (linked) diagram from the model in a linked document, such that when printed it updates to show the current version.

Specifically what I think I am asking for is that when I add a "related file" from the properties of an object, that there is the simple ability to indicate if that file should be displayable (and maybe only graphic files can become displayable) in a report instead of just a reference to that "related file". I realize that any type of file can be related, so maybe not all file types can become rendered in reports.
