Title: I suggest add Vietnamese language support

Hi,
I am Vietnamese, tried to using EA for a time, it is a powerful tool. Everything will be nice if I just using English. But I cannot using Vietnamese (Unicode) in EA. I don't know weather it happen with other in-regular Unicode languages. Because Unicode support for Vietnamese is completed for ages ago, I hope you will implement this in your product, I will love it more and more.

You need to turn on Jet4 in the General options and use the Jet4 EAP which is downloadable somewhere from EA's site.
