Title: Different behavior with Java and .Net ?

Hi All,
When I open an EAP file using Java API I can also parallely open EA. When I try to do the same using C# through Visual Studio it fails to open the EAP file if EA is already open. Why is it so?.

Now it seems to be working with Visual Studion running. Not sure what was the problem.
