Title: Zachman Framework Cannot Create XML Document

I am getting this message since using version 12.  Has this been fixed?

Double check that you're using the latest Zachman framework add-in. I think we've released an update that corrects this issue.

Otherwise, install MSXML4, the error is that the Zachman add-in only tried to use a single version of msxml. A version no longer distributed by Windows or EA.
