Title: Change in Notes doesn't mark diagram as dirty

If I edit the notes field directly in the notes window so that the size of the display item on the diagram is changed (for example, if it had NO notes prior), the diagram is NOT marked as Dirty.

This is even if the auto-resize marks diagram as dirty checkbox is marked.
