Title: <<testcase>>, autocounter and Specification Manager, don't work (V12.1)

Hi,

i tried <<testcase>> with Specification Manager and autocounter. It don't work. Requirements, <<testset><<testsuite>> works fine.

In a package creating new <<testcase>> without Specification manager also works fine.

Looks peculiar.
