Title: rtf documentation, template, can' edit test section below element, V12.1

Hi,

I tried to insert 'Test' as a section below of element. It works but it is not editable (yellow constant with text to replace it, but it don't work). I only get the not changeable default.

If I tried the same below Package it works as expected.

Has someone experience with such behavior?

Well one workaround is to copy an existing template where the behavior is ok. But may be there is another tip.
