Title: EA can create ToC, how about index?

Another topic about linked table of content (I want that, too) reminded me to ask about creating an index. My exact goal is to create a requirements report with a table that cross references requirement id to page number. Maybe index isn't the right way about it but it so I'm interested in other ideas.
