Even there exists a "customize menu" feature in EA13 they're disabled or not very helpful:

It is not possible to customize the Context Menu.
Would be nice to be able to customize the Context Menu as well. e.g. remove the "Package Control" (e.g when not using that feature)

Thank you for your reply.
For example: I simply want to remove the "Version Control" menu item everywhere since we are using a 3rd-party tool (LieberLieber LemonTree) as our version control integration.
But when I am trying this I get a dialog:

Text: This Menu Set cannot be modified - .....

Sounds like you're trying to modify the built-in command set. If that's the case, copy it first.
An alternative to the command set approach is provided by user security (http://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.0/team_support/usersecurity.html). You could set up a single security group with all permissions except the version control ones, and assign all users to that group.

Hi,
When you have the Customize window displayed, you can "delete" menus via a right click on any entry -> delete.
Such customization will change your windows registry under [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sparx Systems\EA400\EA\EA1300Workspace]. The only way to apply this to other PC is to export the registry details in a reg file and apply it.
You can enable all menus again via the Reset button.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible to save such menu selection and make it available in the drop down list under "Show Menus for:".
EA help mentions the following "Currently the Show Menus For feature is disabled as Enterprise Architect is not an MDI application.". Does it mean this could be one day available?
On disabling items in the package control "project browser" menu, I cannot achieve the same as with the application's menus. It seems to be associated with "context menus", but again this is disabled.
