Title: Ruler divisions in 1/8ths in Template Editing?

When I enable the Ruler, the division markings appear to be in 1/8ths and not 1/10ths.

Is there any way to alter that?

Looks like the template editor is working in inches.

I can't find a setting to change the units of measure.
