Title: Stereotype name limited to 19 characters when adding from Project Browser

1. Select Package
2. Right Click -> Add  Element ...
3. New Element window appears. Input a stereotype name longer that 19 chars. Stereotype name is truncated.
Result -> Stereotype Name limited to 19 characters.

I thought I would see that the edit field would restrict you to the width of the window. Unfortunately, it's not that simple because it does behave properly for me, and I can enter much over 19 characters.

A bug report may allow us to help you. Make sure you include the version of EA and your OS.

I had been on V12. Just repeated with V13 and had the same issue.

Apparently my instincts were correct, but my reading needed work.

It will be corrected.
