Title: When will import of requirements from DOORS NG be supported?

In a new large project we will be using DOORS NG for requirements management; however found out that Sparx EA does not support import of requirements from this DOORS edition.

It is critical for us to know when this feature will become available.

If Sparx isn't planning on implementing that anytime soon, we could try to setup a group funding for a open source add-in.

I did this a while ago to get a mapping tool add-in funded that that worked rather well.
Very roughly estimated I would guess that an import tool such as that would take somewhere between 5 and 15 days to develop (I recently developed the

If we could share the cost between a couple of interested companies that could be a good alternative for a native Sparx solution.

Sparx support team have informed me that the are looking into providing a direct MDG interface to DOORS NG. If we (user community) show our interest in this forum, this development could be prioritized.

So, please express your interest if you need the interface to DOORS NG.
