I see NO reason why the [Alt+Enter] keyboard shortcut should not be available for all property dialogs.
You've selected a connector or a feature (attribute or operation) and then you hit [Alt+Enter] and the appropriate dialog opens.

Hmm. Alt-Enter and Enter don't seem to make a difference when an element is selected (both open the properties). On connectors only Enter opens the properties. Is it that what you mean?

Didn't realise [Enter] opened the properties. That's something I guess.

[Alt+Enter] brings up the properties dialog of the element in context. For instance, you can select a test on the Testing window then do [Alt+Enter].

A bit odd, since Enter does not seem to have any function in this kind kind of dialogues. Well...
