Hello guys
Got a problem. I have 2 Vms. Both have MSSQL, both have the same Sparx Cloud service version. Both have self signed certificate, same user rights, same settings of IIS and Sparx Cloud. Using same ports.
I have managed to set up the Sparx Cloud on the VM1, successfully connected to the repository using HTTPS, all good
On the VM2 it is not working. Same setting but on the connection to the cloud repository i'm getting error:
Target cloud service is incompatible with this version of Enterprise Architect.
Please contact your System Administrator to request an update to the service.
Note: I'm using the same Sparx EA client to connect to both VMs.
Any suggestions?

Sounds exotic :-) I guess the best is to contact Sparx support via mail.

Double check the configuration for IIS to reference the cloud service (SparxCloudLink.sseap). My early morning memory tells me that you can (wrongly) get that error message when that link is broken.

Hello
Thx.
I asked Sparx support for help, let's see :-)
And i will check the SparxCloudLink.ssep configuration again, just in case.
I will update this post with the progress :-)

Update: Last week Sparx support asked me for all the logs which i have provided, together with couple of screenshots. Did not hear back from them yet...

I'm having this same error so I'll raise a case and should I hear back, I'll update the thread.

Zvolensky, I resolved this in the end via support. For me the error was caused by a miss configuration in the sparxCloudLink.ssep file. In short, I read the documentation and assumed that IIS running on tcp/443 would communicate with the SSCS on it's own https port but it doesn't, it still uses the default 803 port.
After I changed this as advised by support it works fine
