Title: Export of relationship matrix?

I have a number of predefined relationship matrixes which I want to be available in all Projects. There is a function for matrix export in Export Reference Data but the function doesn't include relationship matrix?

To export a matrix that is referencing specific Package GUIDS, it would require that the model you are importing these into, has identical Packages with the same GUIDS.
That can't be assumed for all model interchanges.

With exporting report templates and the like, these are not referencing fixed entities (Package GUIDS) in the importing model.

You can however define 'Matrix Specifications' and share them to multiple projects (along with actual referenced packages), using normal XMI
