Title: Security permission missing from user guide

Hi all,

The recently added security permission Configure Project Requisites is not listed on either the 13.0 permission list (http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.0/team_support/permissionlist.html) or the 13.5 permission list (http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.5/team_support/permissionlist.html) pages.

This has been added to the Help.

It is a permission required to set up the selection of MDG Technologies that are mandatory, permitted or blocked for the project. See:

(The released Help topic does not mention the required permission, but it has also been added to the source that will be published at a later date.)

And actually it should be Configure Project Prerequisites. It is also required to set the minimum version and build of EA required for the model.
