Hi
I tried to import TFS Work Items. The downloaded file "MDGIntegrationVS4.pdf", page 29, says "In the EA Project Explorer, right-click on dhe required package and select the Team Foundation Server | Import Work Items context menu option"
However there is no such context menu item. What is wrong?
- I am using EA 9.2.920 (trial)
- with MDG link for Visual Studio 4.51 (trial)
- Package is linked to external Version control on TFS.
Or was this menu item removed in the meantime?
(question is a bit urgent - thanx for help)

Patrick,
IIRC there's a difference between VS MDG Integration and VS MDG Link

Thanks for the information. (What is basically the difference?)
However I think for my need I already was an the right track: I just confused the Info in the manual and was looking for the context menu in EA instead of the ea project explorer in VS. So I found it.
But now I struggle with the next problem: See extra thread "TFS not connected". Thanks for helping...

Thanks a lot for this clarcation. Do you possibly also have an answer for my problem, which I traced into the next thread - EA always tells me I would not be connected to TFS when in VS EA-ProjectExplorer I want to import Work Items, but I am connected: where to connect additionally? This problem is really annoying and I need this functionality urgently in a project... Thanks for considering...

Sorry, I really don't know much about either product, but if you get in touch with Sparx support, they will be able to help.
