Title: Attributes & Operation Window not opening up in v1419

I'm trying to edit attributes and operations window(new features window not opening up)
Shortcuts for open attributes window(F9) &  open operations window(F10) not working. these options were working in v1418
Trying to open from element property window also failed.

Hi Nabil,
Works for me. Maybe your 'Features' window has become obscured or lost off-screen somewhere. Try resetting your Workspace layout (Start > View > Workspace > Select a Workspace). Try selecting "Default" and click Apply. The try accessing your Attributes/Operations again. Any luck?

I just discovered that you can just press 'a' to open the attributes dialog box too! 'o' for operations, and various other keys. Don't even need alt or ctrl.
