Recently started to use Sparx EA 14 which in general is much smoother to work with than EA 13.
However, I've encountered issues in requirements management creating requirements source-requirements using Archimate_Requirement stereo types. When trying to create "Aggregation of" connection I get "Invalid combination of source and target for this connector type".
How to resolve this is issue in requirements modelling?

There are few updates being made for that functionality.
As a workaround, you can turn off Strict Connector Syntax option to avoid that error.

Thanks for the prompt reply!
So I understand there will be a fix for the matter and I'll use your workaround meanwhile.

better to assume there may be a fix. Also best to raise a formal bug report.
Sparx has tinkered with Archimate in build 1421 as follows:
"ArchiMate quicklinker and connector validation updated:
- Missing inheritance relationships added to the metamodel[/li][/list]
- Association no longer suggested as relationships to use when creating new elements (Similar to UML Dependencies)
- Serving Relationship updated to allow all behavioral and active structural elements at either end
- Relationships to and from grouping elements added
- Suppressed UML quicklinks including common ones for being shown for ArchiMate elements"

I have filed other (similar) bug reports regarding Archimate in EA14 which are being worked. In the meantime, I have gone back to 13.5.
