Title: Displaying diagram notes on diagram

I'm looking for a way to display the diagram notes on the diagram surface the same way I can do with an element and a note link.
Think I got it working a few moths ago, but I cant find how I did...

Click empty space on diagram
Hit blank
Context menu shows
Common / Diagram Note

Then right click on the Note element, then select Advanced | Link to Diagram Note
