Title: Specialize > Technologies > Publish > Publish Package as UML Profile not working

I have a <<profile>> Package that contains some extensions to add custom TAG values to Requirements. When I go to save it as a profile, the Publish Package as UML Profile cannot be selected. I also tried Design > Diagram > Edit > Advanced > Save As Profile... and that also won't work. I used to be able to just right-click on the package and save it as a UML Profile that could then be imported. What's going on?

Is your diagram locked? EA saves the profile options (filename etc) in the diagram's properties so it needs to be unlocked.

For that option to be enabled, EA incorrectly expects a diagram to be displayed.
Sparx is aware of this issue.
