Title: Diagram.FindElementInDiagram() : equivalent for a connector
Post by: Guillaume on March 21, 2019, 07:27:51 pm
Diagram.FindElementInDiagram has been added in v13 to select an element in a diagram. It would be nice to have the same for a connector.

You can select a connector in a diagram.
I do it in the EA Navigator. It uses Diagram.SelectedConnector

It doesn't make it visible though. That is what the FindElementInDiagram does extra next to selecting the element.

Hi Geert,

I use that as well and I think the focus would be nice hence the request.
I tried EANavigator Find conveyed connectors and I now understand why it doesn't focus.

thanks

the Kanban diagram does most of this, the EPIC to EPIC elements linkage could be achieved using connector or hierarchy
