Title: [Deployment] Prolaborate on cloud with EA models on-premises and vice-versa?

All the following combinations are possible:
1. EA repositories and Prolaborate on-premise
2. EA repositories on-premise and Prolaborate on cloud
3. EA repositories and Prolaborate on cloud
4. EA repositories on cloud and Prolaborate on-premise

Note: #4 is an unusual combination.
