Title: A useful Listview and Specification manager that can edit Tagged values

In the old documentation (on-line) v 12 etc there was described how to use Listview and Specification manager to edit Attributes and Tagged values in an excel like environment

But sometime from 13.5 and 14.1 there is just view for those attribute.
Trying to edit (Dubbel click) move focus to TaggedValue windows for edit.

So what is the main useCase for ListView & Specification manager as they cant be used as Excel like form as described in the documentation :(

And also they cant be used in standard report generation without script  as they ignore setting in package & diagram to show as listview

All of this preventing us to use EA for any large data collections for administrative users start using local excel instead of cumbersome EA.
Typical areas is Togafs Catalog, Matrix etc as Application catalog, Integration catalog
