Title: How to use the "free" functionality of CS in version 4?

As announced today, PCS version 4 will discontinue the use of the "free" CS. So, will it be possible to get the free functionality of CS in the new version 4? or do we have to purchase the 5000 usd/year to allow CS to connect to a database?

If you install the PCS and don't add a license you will get equivalent functionality to what was available before.

I believe you also get web config and the keystore included.

There's also a per user licensing format for WebEA and other premium functions that scales from a very small figure up to the complete enterprise edition.
